  • All prices are for TWO (2) people (14 and older), ONE (1) tent, trailer or motor-home and ONE (1) vehicle.

  • Children 13 and under are free.  See TENT POLICY

  • All sites have a picnic table and most have a fire pit with water on the site or nearby.

  • All charges are calculated and finalized at check-in. See ADDITIONAL CHARGES & NEW CASH PAYMENT DISCOUNT

  • All reservations require a deposit.  See DEPOSIT POLICY

  • Okanogan County Sales Tax Rate is 7.7% and the Transient Tax Rate is 2%.

*Some power and water sites "share" a power post with another site (21/22, 25/26, 27/28, 29/30, 44/45, 46/47, 52/53).  Therefore, there is one 30amp plug and one 20amp plug.  The 30amp plug is first come first served.   

TENT POLICY:  Want to pitch a tent on your site?  We welcome children 13 and under to put a small tent on their parents' site at no charge.  Children ages 14 to 17 are welcome to put a small tent on their parents' site at the extra person fee.  A second tent or a tent on a hook-up site for adults 18 and older is charged at a regular tent rate plus the site fee.  If the tent is for adults 18+ we always try to offer them their own site, if one is available, but leave it up to you.  All vehicles, tents, etc. need to fit on the site.  We do this so sites do not become over-crowded and the atmosphere of the park is maintained.

DEPOSIT POLICY:  A 50% deposit on entire stay is required on all reservations at the time of booking.  We only accept CHECK OR MONEY ORDER unless reservation is booked within two weeks of stay when we are open for the season.

CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY:

30+ days: 100% REFUND
30 – 14 days: 100% REFUND LESS $25
13 – 7 days: 50%   REFUND or ONE NIGHT
6 – 0 days: 0%     REFUND

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Children 13 and under on same site: $FREE
Extra people 14+ on same site: $4.00/pppn (max 4 per site)
Extra vehicle on same site: $4.00/pvpn
Dump: $5.00/pd*
Pet: $2.00/pppn**

*Dump fee is charged to you only if you need to dump after camping on a tent site.  One dump is included in the partial (water/electric) hook-up fee.

**Well behaved dogs and owners are welcome.   Pets need to be cleaned up after at all times, not left unattended and barking and/or vicious behavior will not be tolerated.  Other camping guests thank you for your consideration!

In these difficult economic times we are all feeling the "money squeeze" from all directions.  One of our biggest expenses besides trash, electric and fuel are the fee's associated with taking credit and debit cards.  So our new CASH PAYMENT DISCOUNT is designed to save us both money!

What you get:

  • A 1% discount on your site rental rate only PLUS you do not pay the sales tax on that amount.

What you need to do:

  • At check-in simply pay your balance with cash or check (checks are subject to a funds availability check).

What we get:

  • Lowered costs which translates to keeping our rates down.

It's that easy!  For more details or questions please email or call us during normal business hours.

OTHER PROGRAMS:

  • Weekly and monthly rates are available on select sites during select times.  Please ask for details.

  • Groups of 5 or more sites are welcome with special amenities and/or pricing!  Please ask for details.

  • We also make reservations 365 days out and have a "grandfather" program that allows you to maintain that site and week number once you are considered for that slot.  A deposit is then due at the time of making the reservation or by January 31 the next year.

*Boat & Kayak rental is on a first come first serve basis, includes life jackets for all and paddles. 

They are available during normal business hours and full day rentals may be limited during busy times.
